You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER:
- We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
- If you have chosen a payment by bank transfer, before we can send it, we will have to wait for it to be credited to the bank. approximately 2 working days.
- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
- The above estimate does not include assembly times if you have chosen a product that requires it, the times in this case are indicated in the product sheet.
Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
The material except in special cases always starts from our Italian headquarters.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We rely on a global network of shipping partners. Tracking is not always available. If your order is sent by a traceable service, these details will be included in your order page and in the shipping e-mail we will send you.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
